This past Monday made 22 weeks in on this liberating journey..down another 3lbs in a week..53lbs down since 1/6/2020..started @ 174lbs..now 121lbs..I don’t have an exercise routine yet..this weight has dropped specifically from eating SOFAS Free (Salt Oil Flour Alcohol Sugar Free) Whole Food Plant Exclusive, Low Caloric Density Specific…feeling grateful for the clarity of thinking, this way of eating is bringing..when @ the beach recently, was able to recognize “environmental memory” triggers that started happening as I have lots of happy memories associated w/ going to the beach that involves plenty of SOFAS Full “food”..was gently reminded, to make sure I think ahead in the future, anticipate these memory triggers and bring my SOFAS Free versions of these foods…Here’s to our health💕#EatingForMyL1fe #RefinedFoodAddictAndOvereaterInRecovery #LeafyGreensForFirstMeal #VeggiesForFirstMeal #Hydrate #WeGotThis
