Monday made 29 weeks in on this interesting journey..1st pic was taken in Oct. of last year, 2nd pic was taken this morning..2lbs down in the past week..60lbs down since 1/6/2020..started @ 174lbs..now 114lbs..no exercise routine yet, this weight has dropped specifically from eating SOFAS Free (Salt Oil Flour Alcohol Sugar Free) Whole Food Plant Exclusive, Low Caloric Density specific..in light of BIPOC Mental Health Awareness Month coming to a close and diagnosed w/ Ptsd, Depression, Anxiety and Bi-polar myself, I’m feeling especially grateful as this way of eating has been improving my clarity of thinking and ability to recognize when symptoms start to flare..particularly this week as I’ve been recognizing symptoms of depression starting to pop up and have been able to amp up my self-care..continuing to keep pushing..Here’s to our health💕#EatingForMyL1fe #RefinedFoodAddictInRecovery #SOFASFREELIVING #bipocmentalhealthawarenessmonth
