Monday made 42 weeks in on this introspective journey..1st pic was last summer..2nd pic taken this past Saturday, when I took my 1st flying lesson😍Total 64lbs down..started 1/06/2020 @ 174lbs..now 110lbs..no exercise routine was used, this weight has dropped specifically from eating SOFAS Free (Salt Oil Flour Alcohol Sugar Free) Whole Food Plant Exclusive, Low Caloric Density Specific..reflecting this week had me realizing I’m only 10 weeks away from having been on this journey for 1 year (52 weeks) so I thought it would be encouraging for me to take a look back and revisit different lessons I’ve been learning..one of those involves figuring out how to acquire Healthy Dopamine hits to replace using SOSF full food and Alcohol to do so..that lesson has been a doozy but so necessary..learning new things(like how to fly a plane) has been one way that’s been working for me..Staying rooted in a spirit of gratitude has been another..click here to see other ways I’ve been learning..Definitely not interested in advice, opinions, dismissive comments or anything religion related, I’m under the care of competent health professionals..Here’s to our health💕#eatingformyl1fe #refinedfoodaddictinrecovery #wegotthis #journeyofhealth #leafygreensforfirstmeal #veggiesforfirstmeal #hydrate
