Happy Monday🌟I’ve been finding that one of the most significant ways I’m able to continue #CrutchFreeLiving (abstaining from alcohol, drugs, food outside of SOFAS Free (Salt Oil Flour Alcohol Sugar Free) Whole Food Plants), is to Create a L1fe I Love and Don’t Need to Escape from, doing things I Actually Enjoy.
Obtaining F.R.E.E.D.O.M. from cravings and addictions in general, have given me my L1fe back and I have to be Intentional about how I obtain dopamine hits now, as in the past, the main way I conditioned myself to get those were thru consuming SOFAS full foods, drugs and alcohol. This process involves S.E.L.F.C.A.R.E., the 8-step process I created, that assists me in Successfully and Sustainably Prioritizing self-care and self-love.
