Trick or Treat…or Cheat?

In the before pic, from over 20 yrs ago, I’m about 250lbs, after pic from last night, 140lbs less. I’m a Refined Food Addict and Overeater in Recovery who has been Successfully and Sustainably eating SOFAS Free (Salt Oil Flour Alcohol Sugar Free) Whole Food Plant Exclusive, Low Calorie Density specific for over a Year and a half now and without an exercise routine, dropped 64lbs in less than 8 mos and have kept it off for over a year. As a result, 2 of the most common questions I get are: Do I ever get a “treat” from time to time and Do I ever “cheat”? My answer: My Amazing health and Myself…IS the treat, so Yes, these days, I get a Treat everyday I’m blessed to see another day And the only kind of “cheating” I can do…is on Myself by cheating myself out of Living a life Free from cravings. I’m no longer interested. Here’s to our health💕
