Monday made 15 weeks in on this insightful journey..3lbs down in the past week..38lbs dropped in 15 weeks..started on 1/6/2020 @174lbs..now 136lbs..all by specifically eating (Salt Oil Flour Alcohol Sugar Free)SOFAS Free Whole Food Plant Exclusive..as a Refined Food Addict and Overeater In Recovery, I’m feeling super grateful today for neuro-adaptation to vegetables in particular..Full transparency, up until now, I’ve never been one to actually crave veggies and have spent far too many adult years treating vegetables as an option..making leafy greens and veggies my first meal of each day these past 15 weeks has been a true labor of commitment to my health…and I just keep reaping the benefits of more energy, junk cravings dramatically decreased, improved clarity of thinking, a calmer brain and a decreased desire to think about food ALL the time.. finally starting to experience an interesting kind of freedom…thank you all for your support..Here’s to our health💕#EatingForMyL1fe #WeGotThis #Refinefoodaddictinrecovery #sofasfreeliving #leafygreensforbreakfast #veggiesforbreakfast

Happier Earth Day🌸🌱🐝🐣My SOSF(Salt Oil Sugar Flour) Free version of a Pizza Box..Mini spinach/mushroom potato pizzas and sweet potato cinnamon sticks..just cut potatoes into discs, roasted on 355 degrees in oven for 30-40min, then topped w/ a SOS free marinara (just googled SOS free marinara and made a variation of what came up) and other toppings, turned oven up to 400 degrees and put pizzas in for 20 min…cinnamon sticks: cut into sticks, top w/ cinnamon, roast on 400 degrees for about 20 min or so…Delicious😋Here’s to our health💕#EatingForMyL1fe #RefinedFoodAddictInRecovery #LeafyGreensForBreakfast #SOFASFREELIVING

SOSF Home fries..this was a great go-to the other day, particularly because it didn’t require much thought or planning..just cubed up a potato, seasoned w/ a salt substitute like Benson’s Table Tasty or Mrs. Dash’s Table Blend and slow-“fried” them in a covered non-stick pan on low heat, stirring every 5-8 min or so until softness you desire..simple and delicious..add whatever plants you like(onions, peppers, etc.)..Here’s to our health💕#EatingForMyL1fe #WeGotThis #journeytohealth #refinedfoodaddictinrecovery #leafygreensforbreakfast #veggiesforbreakfast #sofasfreeliving

14 weeks in on this journey of health..down another pound since last week so I’m officially in the 130’s now..started on 1/6/2020 @ 174lbs to 139 today..35lbs gone..though I’ve successfully dropped this much weight before, back in 2017, eating in the same manner (SaltOilFlourAlcoholSugar Free Whole Food Plant Exclusive, Low Caloric Density specific), I didn’t keep it off and gained it all back..and some more..this time around I’ve been super intentional about consciously looking for ways to make this WOE sustainable permanently..from what I remember from last time, my body is starting to get close to the weight it naturally wants to be w/ this WOE..so I’m recognizing how important it is not to start looking for excuses to eat in ways I haven’t been, i.e., keep this ego in check, stay humble and remember, the addict brain Never sleeps, it’s always looking to be put back in the game..Here’s to our health💕#EatingForMyL1fe #RefinedFoodAddictInRecovery #SOFASFREELiving #LeafyGreensForBreakfast #VeggiesForBreakfast #WeGotThis #JourneyOfHealth
