Monday made 18 weeks in on this revealing journey..4lbs down since last Monday..46lbs total in 18 weeks..174lbs on 1/6/2020..now 128lbs..I don’t have an exercise routine yet, this weight has dropped specifically from eating (Salt Oil Flour Alcohol Sugar Free) SOFAS Free Whole Food Plant Exclusive, Low Caloric Density Specific…grateful for an interesting discovery this past weekend..was reminded how important it is, as a Refined Food Addict/Overeater in Recovery, to be vigilant about cravings popping up associated w/ “happy” childhood memories..or any “happy” memories for that matter..thought it would be a good idea to try my hand at a Cauliburger Helper, reminisce of the “other” kind of Helper some of you may be familiar w/ from back in the day..once it was completed, I found myself making excuses as to why I should add a few grains of salt to the dish..and did..as soon as I had the first bite, my addict brain responded so excitedly, I couldn’t even ignore it..Before that moment I swore I didn’t have as much of an issue w/ salt as sugar and oil…the salt has now been removed from the spices so only my daughter knows where it is..Grateful for observations and actions that support my recovery..Here’s to our health💕#EatingForMyL1fe #WeGotThis #journeytohealth #refinedfoodaddictinrecovery #sofasfreeliving #leafygreensforfirstmeal #veggiesforfirstmeal

Monday made 17 weeks in on this revealing journey..2 more lbs down in a week..42lbs down total in 17 weeks..started @174lbs on 1/6/2020..now 132lbs..all from specifically eating (Salt Oil Flour Alcohol Sugar Free) SOFAS Free Whole Food Plant Exclusive, Low Caloric Density specific..the shorts in the pics represent 6-8 sizes dropped..it’s Mental Health Awareness month and I’m grateful that as someone who’s been diagnosed w/ PTSD, Bi-Polar Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Major Depression Disorder, this way of eating has been assisting me w/ having the clarity of mind to ramp up my Self-Care to combat the exhausting lies my brain tries to tell me..this past weekend was particularly tough w/ a few depressive episodes and plenty of tears..I’m still here though, I’m still pushing💕All good thoughts and energy are appreciated..definitely Not looking for Any advice..thanks in advance..Here’s to our health💕#EatingForMyL1fe #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth #RefinedFoodAddictInRecovery #SOFASFREELIVING #WeGotThis #LeafyGreensForFirstMeal #VeggiesForFirstMeal

Living this (Salt Oil Flour Alcohol Sugar Free) SOFAS Free Whole Food Plant Exclusive Lifestyle and making leafy greens/veggies and water, a consistent part of my day, every day, for the past 17 weeks, has been successfully cutting cravings to such a degree that cravings are starting to become a thing of the past and these days I’m actually Just eating to fuel my body when I’m burning calories, not satisfy a craving or a “taste” for something..as a result, lately, particularly due to low activity w/ being quarantined, I’ve been starting to see a “fast” or convenient food list emerge for me, that’s my go to when I look up, it’s 5pm and all I’ve had are multiple bottles of water all day, because I haven’t been having overwhelming hunger signals..the pic represents how I’ve been getting my energy and motivation to then get in the kitchen and prepare my starch..obviously this is Just what’s been going on in my life lately..Here’s to taking time to be observant on this beautiful journey💕#EatingForMyL1fe #Wegotthis #journeytohealth #leafygreensforfirstmeal #veggiesforfirstmeal #sofasfreeliving #refinedfoodaddictinrecovery
